Andrew and Sam originally planned to hold their wedding at Little Hunters Beach in Acadia National Park, but when heavy rains turned the beach into a rushing stream the day before their ceremony, they quickly changed plans to Jordan Pond.
One of our favorite things abut Acadia is how almost every location has so many setting options, and Jordan Pond certainly doesn’t disappoint. Everyone knows it for the iconic view of North and South Bubble across the pond:
But there are also sweet cobblestone carriage road bridges…
Foot bridges in the woods…
Wooden carriage road bridges…
Dreamy mossy paths winding through the forest…
And winding staircases through the spruces!
We were able to capture the ceremony, group photos, and all these little scenes in a 90-minute session. If you’re planning an intimate wedding in Acadia, let’s chat! Our wedding coverage starts at 1 hour and goes up to full or multi-day, but the most important part is making sure that we’re there to capture your day - whatever that looks like.
